Bryan Jones - Let It Go (Fabio Bacchini Remix) [Ringside] OUT NOW

[Homepage + News] Friday July 20, 2007

Review from Primal Records

Jackmaster Bryan Jones enlists a slew of hot remixers to rerub some of his most popular tunes. If you haven’t heard “Chicago Jack” in the past couple of years than you’ve probably been living under a rock. So what better than two new remixes of this hit tune?!? Bobby & Klein and Santiago & Bushido both turn in stellar remixes of that jackin track that we all know so well. On the flip we have two quality remixes of Bryan’s hit “Let It Go,” courtesy of Fabio Bacchini & Biboulakis that both bring the goods as well. Top notch remix action here so get em while they’re hot!

in stores now ;)

Fabio Bacchini & Mario Fabriani - Rigatoni Al Pesto EP [Fetish]

[Homepage + News] Wednesday July 4, 2007

Review by Primal Records

Excellent four tracker from two italians we all know and love. Starting things off nicely is Fabriani’s “Amore,” a tougher groove that makes use of a rippin bassline and some wicked Kill Bill samples. This one is sure to kill the dancefloor! Next up we have “Good God Almighty,” a peaktime disco infused groover in true Fabriani style. Flip this record over for Fabio’s “Caribbean Soul,” a latin influenced cut that will make great daytime material for the upcoming summer months. Rounding out this EP is “Moonshine,” another nice disco flavored cut that is sure to get plenty of play as well. Once again another winner from Joey and the Fetish family

Get it on primal or juno

Andrea Carissimi & Fabio Bacchini - Love Spin [Barcoda]

[Homepage + News] Friday June 15, 2007

Barcoda Recordings welcomes Italian producers Fabio Bacchini & Andrea Carissimi for our latest Barcoda release. Our fifth release to date brings you a soulful vocal track with both Andrea and Brent who brought us the fantastic “Waiting For Your Love” last year on the Look At You Label. All the mixes offer you something different, all with a classic funky/soulful house vibe. Live guitars, bass and keys run through all mixes, and the release arrives just in time for the summer….Fabio`s previous credits include releases on Delecto Recordings, Reelhouse, Ringside and Refunkt to name a few.. He`s also been called upon for remix duties by many of the top labels and artists and is always in demand.

Review by Michael Fossati (Spirit Of House)

With “Love spin”, Barcoda present a beautiful production by Andrea Carissimi and Fabio Bacchini that features the sexy soulful voice of Brent St. Clair. The vocal mix is a funktified affair featuring a lovely guitar and warm melodic keys over a smoothly thumpin’ groove. The dub slightly intensifies the funky flavors and adds extra jazzy keys. Central Avenue provide the remix, turning the track into an uplifting affair that features wicked keys over a stormin’ groove.

Park St Feat Diana Waite - You Think You Know (Fabio Bacchini Remix)

[Homepage + News] Friday June 15, 2007

You Think You Know’ takes you right back to good, happy, dancefloor filling house music. It puts a smile on peoples face and quite simply makes them wanna get down! The remixes really open the track up to everyone with all tastes. After the Original delivers a sublime vocal performance from Diana Waite with a wonderfully memorable hook, a few of the remixes take this elements for use on dubs. DJ Meme gives a peaktime take that really has had dancefloors shakin worldwide with its hands in the air breadown and catchy use of the hook, Santi Touch offers a deep crunchin rework while Rob Hayes opts for a massively disco influenced rework. Add to this a reprise mix that is simply gorgeous and a perfect set intro and finally Fabio Bacchini does what he does best with a twisting a driving bassline and massively funk and disco fuelled remix…. You can see why the package has been support from every angle!

Soul Kitchen - Just Friends (Fabio Bacchini & Patrick L Remix) [Elation]

[Homepage + News] Thursday May 17, 2007

new remix out now, check it out on traxsource/juno download/beatport

download it here

review by Curtis Zack (defected.com)
This track from Soul Kitchen comes out of Elation Records, another new London label joining the throng of funky house imprints on the block. A variety of mixes are on offer, but the one to watch come thanks to a collaboration between Fabio Bacchini & Patrick L, who create a very cool groove with serious bumping beats. Listen out for the disco elements in this one too - it’s loaded with pure funk. Meanwhile Greg Kozo goes for a pure soulful house remix, with hot keys, a funky bassline, guitar plucks and vintage brass sounds all present and correct.
